New ‘Season Of The Witch’ Movie Delivered A Very Good Story & Cool Action
Relativity Media released the new action,adventure movie “Season Of The Witch” into theaters. I checked it out and thought it was very,very good. It featured a ton of action,special effects,and more. The movie stars: Nicolas Cage, Ron Perlman, Stephen Campbell Moore, Robert Sheehan, Claire Foy, Ulrich Thomsen, Stephen Graham,and Christopher Lee.
The movie revolved around characters Behmen and his partner in crime Felson as they went on a mission to break a dangerous plague,which was thought to be brought on by an evil witch. Behmen used to help the church kill off tons of innocent women,men,and children that were said to have committed sins against God.
Later on, he decides to stop the killing,thinking it’s the wrong thing to do. However, he helps the church out one last time after he and Felson get thrown in prison,and get the chance to spend time with a girl they think is a witch. Behmen helps out the Church on the condition they give the girl a fair trial.
While on their journey to the monastery, two of the six men get killed off in very mysterious ways,leading Behmen to believe that the girl may indeed be a witch. Her attitude also becomes more disturbing as they reach the monastery where the supposed trial and extinction of her is to take place.
When they finally arrive at the monastery,they were met with a huge,evil surprise that involved the innocent looking young girl creating a big,action-filled conclusion that leaves almost everyone dead. It gets very crazy towards the end.
The movie featured lots of supernatural scenes,including the girl having super strength,the girl calling wolves to attack everyone, and the girl turning into an ugly demon towards the end. I really liked the film. It was very intense,and never had a boring moment.
It was very interesting to see the innocent looking girl’s attitude change throughout the film. I could just tell something was up with her,and a cool ending twist revealed that all the events were mapped out by her to lead to the final conclusion.
